Registration and Start

Registration will take place at the Pavilion, Brecon Leisure Centre, from 8am on the Sunday morning. It shouldn’t take very long as we just need you to sign in and pick up your timing chip. Please note that we need everyone to sign in personally, so you will not be able to sign for someone else.

The event centre has toilets, showers and changing facilities etc. It will act as the start and finish for the event.

Riders will be able to start at any time between 8.30am and 9.30am.

If you think you will be one of the more leisurely riders, we strongly suggest that you start nearer to 8.30am, as all riders must finish by 6.00pm.

There will also be cut-off times at each feed station - designed to ensure everyone gets round before 6.00pm - anyone failing to meet the cut-off times will be given the choice of a lift back to the event centre in the broom wagon or continuing without event support and signage. A list of cut-off times will be included in the event guide sent to all riders.

Once you have strapped your timing chip onto your bike and are ready to go, you just roll across the timing mat at the start and set off.

The start of the ride is well sign posted, but we will also have marshals on hand to direct you onto the route.
